It also creates prerequisites to excel in technology to create efficient and impactful communication, today and tomorrow. We are now looking for a Roadmap leader within Digital Product &Data. Do you want to join us? Job Description As a Roadmap leader, you will lead the development and continuous management of the digital roadmap for IMC. By working closely with stakeholders across the IKEA value chain, you will secure a common foundation for how we work together and how we sequence, plan and prioritize based on business needs, financial frames, and strategic objectives. Your responsibility and tasks will include: Coordinate the implementation of necessary prerequisites and collaborate in establishing OKRs that will support our strategic goals. Support the continuous improvement of ways of working in coordination with Inter IKEA Ensure collaboration and alignment across teams in order to secure engagement and quality around shared business value Promote benefits of agile methodology and use metrics to enhance team performance. Qualifications You are an energetic, collaborative, and strong businessperson with a passion for communication and marketing and for digital transformation. You are curious and know how to build relationships and trust. You are an adaptable person with strong willpower. You have experience in either business architecture, portfolio management, or product management. You know how to reach and stretch targets. You have the capability to connect the dots across transformation initiatives and to lead a team to reach defined objectives. You are familiar with the enterprise-level context. Experience in equivalent or comparable position, (digital marketing a plus) Ability to work both on a strategic, tactical and operational level Leadership experience and how to create collaboration, empowering people and teams Excellent communication skills, knowledge of change management, work collaboratively and a problem solver Experience from agile & product way of working and methodologies You enjoy working in a rapidly changing, yet nourishing a creative environment and you are passionate about creating great user value and innovations in the digital landscape.
