About the role: As a Sales Specialist, you will identify new business opportunities and develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers on all Gordon’s markets. And as you get to know the market and our customers, build a broader understanding of the challenges they face in order to explore new ways to grow their businesses. Objectives Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential customers in the small and medium-sized, SME, sector in the Nordic region. Identify new business opportunities and market trends within customer segments. Create customised solutions and present them convincingly to meet customer needs and objectives. Identify new business opportunities and market trends within customer segments. Negotiate contracts and prices to maximise sales profits and customer satisfaction. Work closely with our operational team to ensure a smooth delivery process and a first-class customer experience. Report and analyse sales results and participate in strategic planning meetings. Key Qualifications To be successful in this role, we are looking for a candidate with a combination of skills that encompass experience, mindset and personality: Business experience and relevant skills: Minimum 3 years of experience in successful B2B service sales, preferably of complex services. Experience of project management. Strong business acumen with the ability to understand customer needs. Ability to work from an entrepreneurial mindset. Excellent communications- and negotiation skills. Mathematical and analytical skills. Ability to calculate business cases using Excel as a tool. Mindset: High level of commitment with the ability to build trusting relationships with customers. Unpretentious team-player that easily cooperates with others to create results driven by finding the best solution for the business. Goal-oriented approach with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively in a fast-moving environment. Using skills in time-management and a great self-awareness to create sustainable and efficient ways of working. Ability to work independently and take ownership of the area of responsibility.
