What is the job about? 
As the Senior Aftermarket Sales Engineer, you will be responsible for steering growth in energy-related product and after-market sales in Sweden. You will be working in partnership with customers and colleagues alike to reduce the CO2 impact of pumps on the environment. This is truly a role where you can support businesses to reduce their energy bill and influence on the global agenda of reducing carbon emissions. Whilst supporting the profitable growth of Grundfos at the same time.

This is a hybrid position, and you can work from Mölndal or Stocholm. 

Furthermore, you will:

  • Implement sales initiatives within assigned business boundaries in alignment with company strategies and policies.
  • Establish and enforce sales policies, processes, and systems to ensure compliance with corporate regulations.
  • Cultivate positive relationships with clients.
  • Develop sales strategies and budgets within defined regions based on sales targets. Ensure that these plans are reviewed and approved by management and complete qualitative and quantitative tasks in accordance with assigned authority and policies.
  • Regularly monitor account receivables, follow-up with customers on overdue payments, and ensure customers adhere to the company's payment terms to support cash flow management and minimize bad debts.
  • Forge robust partnerships with building owners, facility managers, project owners, and authorities.

Your background: 
We imagine that you have:

  • Experience steering developed processes within Commercial Building Services.
  • Ability to lead processes or projects.
  • 6-8 years of relevant work experience before entering level besides formal education.
  • Solid knowledge of the plans, processes and activities within the functional area in Commercial Building Services.
  • Proven ability to influence others and a great understanding of the relevant systems, local laws and regulations where applicable.
