About the position

The Senior Communication Solution Lead will have the responsibility, together with a highly motivated Marketing Automation team, to develop the best Marketing Automation solutions for all Nordic countries. This is a role that requires providing advice and support to all countries that onboard into the solution.

You will develop best practices and solutions that integrate with the infrastructure and our preferred communication channels. You need to be able to implement data solutions and handle any technical advisory required afterwards. Our mission is to provide efficient fulfillment of our commitments and consistently maintain customer gratification.

The Marketing Automation team is an enabler for all business units in all Nordic countries, and we work very close to the business. It´s important that you like to interact and find best approach.

You will provide support and training to marketing automation specialists, mentoring new development consultants, maintaining documentation of solutions and integrations, continuing education on new technologies and platforms that provide benefit to the Marketing Automation area and the implementations and delivering high-quality solutions to Trygg-Hansa/Tryg.

As a Senior Communication Solution Lead you will be at the very center of the high-paced development and maintenance of our customer data solutions and integrations for Marketing Automation

You will have an important role in having the overall responsibility of managing the digital solutions that we create

You will also be responsible for ensuring that our data solutions and integrations are supporting our business in the best possible way.

Your main responsibilities include

  • You will improve the collection and maintenance of data objects from global systems and local applications, ensuring high data quality and governance for Marketing Automation
  • Establish and maintain data governance frameworks to uphold organizational data quality, consistency, and accuracy for Marketing Automation set up
  • Ensure data quality in integration solutions, identifying and resolving data quality issues
  • Assist in identifying and defining data mappings, models, scopes, and flows for integration solutions in our Nordic Marketing Automation solution
  • Facilitate the review and definition of data object boundaries across various domains and countries
  • Provide insights into data availability and structure, establishing data cataloging and metadata management practices for the Nordic Marketing Automation solution
  • Define and align data architecture with integration architecture and principles across whole organization
  • Create and maintain territory data models and assist in developing a canonical data model for data exchange
  • Uphold to industry standards for ID management, data retention, anonymization, and network data policies in Marketing Automation area
  • Support the implementation of Data Access controls and work closely with Integration Architects for correct data integration and sharing across Nordic

Your profile

To thrive in this role, it is essential that you have:

  • At least 15 years of relevant experience in IT, integrations, and data
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience in Marketing Automation domain
  • A bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or other relevant area
  • It is advantageous to have a thorough knowledge of the industry
  • Microsoft Business Intelligence is essential for guiding current solutions
  • Microsoft Azure data technology stack and architecture knowledge
  • Expertise in various analytical tools like SSAS, MDX and PowerBI
  • Technical know-how and keep up with digital trends
  • Ability to build targets and roadmaps, supported by step-by-step implementation plans
  • Ensure CI/CD pipelines, Git implementation
  • Expertise and Experience in SQL (Oracle / SQL Server / PostgreSQL)
  • Programming experience (Javascript / Java / VB / C# / PHP)
  • The ability to manage large and complex business (data) integration topics as well as analyze various options
  • Knowledge on Web Technologies like HTML, CSS would be beneficial
  • Project Management skills are beneficial

You have good communication and co-operations skills as well as a practical strategic approach and you will collaborate closely with all participants in the development chain, from business stakeholders to Service Managers and other Architects, as well as suppliers. You thrive on initiating activities, are adept at coordinating tasks, and have a pronounced zest for achievement. Your capacity for quickly grasping new technologies and languages enables you to perform tasks with little guidance.
