Social Media Manager - Remote Work

Job Description:

As a Social Media Manager at Sinch, you will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, drive traffic to the company's website, and generate leads. This role will involve managing all social media platforms, creating engaging content, monitoring and analyzing social media performance, and staying up-to-date with industry trends.

Responsibilities: - Develop and implement social media strategies to achieve marketing goals - Manage all social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others - Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media posts - Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools - Collaborate with the marketing team to create integrated marketing campaigns - Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in social media marketing - Respond to comments and messages on social media in a timely and professional manner - Work with external agencies and vendors as needed

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field - 3+ years of experience in social media management - Strong communication and writing skills - Resourceful and confident personality traits - Strong planning and negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks - Experience with social media analytics tools - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite - Knowledge of SEO and SEM strategies
