You will be joining the performance marketing team which is a dynamic, diverse and inclusive team of performance marketers passionate about the app subscription business and user acquisition. The team works with fairly large budgets and with multiple media partners to achieve the business goals.
As a performance marketing team, we are highly focused on subscription revenue
Experienced app performance marketing expert, proficient in Google Universal App campaigns (tCPA/tCPI/tROAS, Pmax, iOS, Google search) and paid social.
Skilled in harnessing app analytics and working with Mobile Measurement Partners (MMPs) to optimize marketing strategies and drive impactful results.
Comfortable with high budget campaigns (>1M USD) and campaign set-up and management at scale
Work closely with our partners and account management teams to formulate strategies to achieve KPI goals
Execute marketing campaigns strategically on various platforms while aligning with company goals and wider marketing objectives
Be comfortable being hands on - Monitoring campaign performance, implementing improvements, and ensuring budget adherence.
Own all aspects of campaign set up, optimization, troubleshooting, and reporting, with a sustained focus on efficiency and scalability
Data driven - Find trends and patterns in large datasets and theorize ways to exploit those trends. Understand our campaigns and what works. Theorize and test why something is working, then find ways to iterate, scale and optimize.
Market Research - Understand key markets, be comfortable with tools like AppTweak and build growth strategies based on market research
Work closely with media and regional managers on tasks related to user acquisition to the app
Collaborating with creative teams to develop resonant ad creatives.
Committed to staying ahead of industry trends and delivering innovative digital marketing solutions for sustained business growth.
About you
You'll be joining a team of diverse personalities that share several work-related attributes. We are (and you should be):
Experienced - 7-8 years of hands on experience in App User Acquisition for gaming /non-gaming app
Analytical : detailed-oriented with the ability to compile and analyze performance data and metrics. Preferably has worked with Adjust, Looker and App Tweak or similar tools and partners
on the web
Experience in the US, DACH and Nordics markets/campaigns would be beneficial
Multi-language, multi-tier, high budget campaign management
Highly organized : self-starter, able to focus on several projects at once and keep track of your progress
Proactive : taking the initiative when it comes to identifying and solving problems that arise
Passionate about results : a consistent track-record of delivering and exceeding on targets
Open to learning : comfortable receiving feedback and direction
Positive : building productive and positive relationships with colleagues, clients, and external partners

This position is a substitute employment from July 2024 to July 2025.
