Strategic Marketing Manager - ReciBioPharm

The Strategic Marketing Manager will lead the effort to refine, deploy, and monetize the ReciBiopharm brand. This role will partner with Sales, Operations, Senior Management, and external partners to drive increasing and sustained brand awareness and preference. Charged with ongoing brand leadership, creating clear and measurable objectives. Develops, articulates, and implements effective strategies, tactics and campaigns that are impactful to promote the ReciBioPharm service offering and generate leads for the commercial team.

MAIN TASKS & RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Strategic Marketing Manager you will be charged with ongoing brand leadership, creating clear and measurable objectives. Develops, articulates, and implements effective strategies, tactics and campaigns that are impactful to promote the ReciBioPharm service offering and generate leads for the commercial team.

You will have a deep knowledge of brand management, media communication, advertising, sales, and strategic marketing and will manage external partners as needed, and should demonstrate strategic brand planning, management, monitoring, and execution.

The successful candidate will also:

• Assess and improve the ReciBioPharm brand through analysis, competitive positioning, value proposition development, client engagement measurement, and marketing investment ROI measurement.
• Demonstrate effective utilization of all multi-channel marketing options, including the use of the internet, social media, advertising, P.R., lead generation tools, trade shows, and closed-loop tactics to drive increased brand awareness, recognition, and revenue.
• Work in close partnership with the Commercial team to ensure Marketing programs are driven consistently and in a high-quality manner.
• Accountable for all sponsorship and conference events, setting up a plan in accordance with the decided marketing strategy and coordinating its practical implementation – from logistics to materials and attendance.
• Ability to work in a highly entrepreneurial environment, making informed but quick decisions, and driving results through hands-on implementation.
• Advise Senior Management on market trends and give input on business and corporate development opportunities.
• Partner closely with 3rd party design firm.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

ESSENTIAL

• Minimum 7+ years hands-on experience in a strategic marketing role.
• Demonstrated experience in the development and execution of global marketing plans.
• Fluent in English, both verbally and in writing
• Ability to work in a player-coach environment as the marketing team is built over time.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work across various functions and international locations.
• Willingness to travel up to 10% globally.
• Proven track record for designing, implementing, and tracking impact of creative marketing programs.

DESIRABLE

• Proven experience in Life Sciences/CDMO Industry
• Credibility when communicating with Senior Leadership
