Your mission In Tech we have two main work streams: Heartbeat: Building a virtual power plant levering our energy manager “Heartbeat” and evolving the customer experience app around this Virtual Assembly Line for installation companies: Digitisation of operations and processes from ground operations to rooftop installations We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Technical Project & Delivery Manager to join the Swedish team and be part of our mission. You will play a pivotal part in ensuring that the 1K5° software solutions reach their maximum efficiency in the Swedish market. Key responsibilities include but are not limited to: Gather and prioritize requirements from various stakeholders to ensure an excellent user experience of the platform. Work closely with global Product Owners to enable them to tailor our applications to the Swedish Market Regularly communicate progress, updates, and product insights to stakeholders across the Swedish organization. Define, monitor, and analyze key performance metrics to measure the success and impact of our work on software delivery efficiency and overall business outcomes. Be the connecting link between the Swedish team and the Product/Tech team Project Management across different workstreams and reporting for project steering and leadership updates. Your profile You have: 2+ years of work experience as a (Technical) Product Manager, or a similar role in a technology-driven environment. Relevant experience in IT project management and software rollout projects Strong understanding of the Swedish energy market Drive to understand and define business processes and derive technical requirements Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex technical topics to people with no technical background Thorough understanding of business processes and relevant tools (CRM, ERP, etc) Ability to derive potential business cases from the Swedish market and to translate into our existing tech landscape Experience in quickly finding your way around in cross-functional teams in a fast pace, interdisciplinary working environment An agile and result-oriented mindset and you consider yourself a team player Excellent stakeholder management skills Proactive and hands-on attitude Very good knowledge of spoken and written Swedish and English, German is a plus Bonus points for: Experience and interest in climate tech industry We are an ambitious and dynamic company with a talented team.
