Job Description As an in-house Technical Sales Specialist, your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with external customers. You’ll also maintain open communication with managers and team members. Here are the key aspects of the role: Oversee sales activities across the entire company, working towards performance goals. Manage the complete sales cycle from creating opportunities to delivering quotations. Handle purchase orders and keep customers informed about order delivery status. Provide consistent support and maintenance for internal systems and external customer purchase portals. Maintain accurate sales activity data to assist remote Regional Sales Managers and channel partners worldwide. Actively follow up on open opportunities to enhance sales conversions. Engage in company-wide process-improvement efforts related to sales. Monitor sales performance against targets, providing regular reports and maintaining up-to-date sales forecasts . Be prepared for occasional business travel in and outside Sweden. Report to the Sales Manager. The role is based in Sweden, while primary focus is on the North American market. Due to time zone differences, your working hours will span both day and afternoon. Qualifications The ideal candidate possesses experience in highly complex technical sales of microelectronics and software. You thrive in sales administration, enjoy supporting and managing customers, and excel at organization. Key qualifications include: A deep understanding of technology with a BSc or MSc in engineering or physics. Excellent written and spoken English skills, with proficiency in Swedish as well.
