We are now looking for a leader who defines success as progress reached through teamwork.   About the Role In this position you work in close collaboration with our three business units to create true value and enhance the business further. You are responsible for developing and executing Kanthal’s HR strategy, with focus on for example organizational development and competence supply. As we operate in a decentralized setup you enjoy leading by delegation and follow up. This and the vital strategic aspects of the role is balanced by a keen interest in our operations and close collaboration and relationships with key stakeholders within HR and the business, enabling you to quickly identify and act on improvement potential. Additionally, given our recent organizational growth integration is another focus area.   Location for the position is Stockholm or Hallstahammar. International traveling and some presence at Alleima’s HQ in Sandviken are part of the role.   About You We believe you are a senior HR leader with experience from global organizations in manufacturing industry. You enjoy and have successful track record of shaping and executing HR-strategy as well as identifying and carrying out operative improvement throughout the business. As a leader you thrive on collaboration, delegation and being a true business partner. You are senior in all parts of HR and preferably have experience of organizational growth through acquisitions and integration.   We put great emphasis on your personal attributes, characterized by a leadership with the ability to create enthusiasm, collaboration and a business orientated HR. You have the ability to grasp a holistic overview and translate this to direction and necessary actions. Additionally, you are a strong communicator in both English and Swedish.   What’s in it for you?
