What is a VIE?It’s an international graduate program for European citizens having graduated from a University School. This is an initiative created, designed, and supported by the French Government primarily to provide professional international work experience for European citizens aged between 18-28 recently graduated from University or Business School.To apply for this V.I.E assignment you need to fulfil the following criteria:International Graduates aged between 18 - 28 years old with an average of 12 months of professional experienceHigher education level (master’s degree)Fluent in EnglishInternational profile (work experience or studies abroad)Eager to continue your career abroadThis is a V.I.E position based in Stockholm, Sweden and lasts for 12 months with possibility for extension of another 12 months. We are responsible for Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Learning & Development, HR Business Partnering, Compensation & Benefits, Global Mobility and much more. Every day is different, no day is like the other here.We are looking for a 1-year VIE as Talent Acquisition & HR Specialist based in Stockholm, Sweden, starting ideally July 1st 2024.You will work on a mix of Talent Acquisition as well as HR Generalist tasks, depending on workload and Business priorities. You will report to the Talent Acquisition Manager and work closely with the Senior HRBP Lead, both located in Stockholm. We will help you balance your tasks and make sure you will benefit and grow in both areas.In this role the sky is the limit and there is plenty of things to do and experiment, however some of your more frequent tasks are:Handle the end-to-end recruitment process: adverstising job opportunities, proactively sourcing talents, pre-screening, interviewing, assessing candidates and providing your best recommendation to the businessPartner closely with Hiring Managers and HRBPs to discuss the talents needed and advice along the processKeep on strengthening our Employer Branding online (social media) and offline (candidate’s experience, career fair, internal and external events)Drive/participate in continuous improvement projects within Talent Acquisition (for example onboarding, employer branding, process improvements, AI, new tools and ways of working)Support on HRBP topics (offer negotiations, process improvement, induction process for employees, D&I initiatives, engagement surveys and managerial/employee portal update)ABOUT YOUYou are a people person – supporting the business and employees’ growth in a multicultural environment is what makes your heart sing.
