10 Associate - CC - Customer Care Sales

To provide operational support to the Customer Care organization during a period of temporary resource constraints, ensuring continued high service levels and efficient handling of customer requests and order administration.

• Process and manage incoming customer orders.
• Support daily order dispatch and follow-up activities.
• Handle customer inquiries via email and telephone.
• Perform general customer service and administrative tasks.
• Assist in maintaining accurate customer and order data within company systems.
• Support the team during periods of increased workload.
