The role

As Scrum Master, you are responsible for making it easier for your team to reach the goals and deliverables by guiding the team in agreed principles and coaching them to an effective way of working. You establish good forms of cooperation with the team's product owner, RTE (Release Train Engineer) and other Scrum Masters in the train. You prepare and lead the team for the train's ceremonies, e.g. PI planning, system demos, etc. and works actively to facilitate communication, coordination, coordination and cooperation in the team, between development teams and with the business. You are responsible for the team's continuous development and internal knowledge dissemination. Together, you and the team create a culture that engages and brings out the best in each employee.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience in the Scrum Master role (some part of the experience can instead be from the Agile Coach role)
• Training or certification as a Scrum Master
• Fluency in spoken and written English
• Knowledge of SAFe or SAFe certification (merit)
• Good experience with Jira (credit)
