We are looking for a 3D Pattern Maker to join our team and play a key role in driving digital innovation in pattern development. In close collaboration with our 3D Designer, you will leverage cutting-edge 3D and AI technologies to enhance precision in fit, sizing, and garment construction.

In this role, you will develop and refine basic blocks in both 2D and 3D, ensuring seamless integration between design and production. A key responsibility will be to establish and manage a digital library that includes comprehensive fit data to support accurate and efficient garment development. You will also support both the product and pattern teams with your expertise in digital workflows.

You’ll be part of a dynamic, global organization where teamwork and passion are essential to our success. This position is based at our headquarters in Stockholm, where you will be part of our Pattern team and report to the Pattern Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and refine basic blocks in 2D and 3D, ensuring accuracy, scalability, and integration into design and production processes
  
  


• Build and maintain a structured digital library with fit data, pattern assets, and technical documentation
  
  


• Support the product team with 3D knowledge and implementation of digital processes
  
  


• Explore and integrate emerging technologies based on market trends and consumer insights
  
  


• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and suppliers to streamline digital workflows, improve sustainability, and reduce lead times
  
  


• Execute high-quality fabric simulations, analyzing drape, movement, and fit
  
  


• Provide expert guidance to design and pattern teams on 3D workflows and digital innovation
  

Job Requirements:

• Extensive experience in pattern making, fit, and grading
  
  


• 5+ years of experience in digital pattern development and apparel simulation
  
  


• Proficiency in Gerber and other pattern-making software
  
  


• Excellent skills in CLO 3D or similar 3D design tools
  
  


• Expertise in digital fit analysis, rendering, and pattern manipulation
  
  


• Strong understanding of materials, fabric behavior, and AI-driven design tools
  
  


• Structured and adaptable working style
  
  


• Proactive problem-solver focused on optimizing workflows for efficiency, accuracy, and sustainability
  
  


• Excellent communication and collaboration skills 


• Proficient in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, PowerPoint, and Excel


• Fluent in English
