RoleOverview

As an Account Executiveat AlexisHR, you will play a pivotal role in driving our salesefforts in Sweden. You will partner closely with your team to focuson outbound prospecting and generate new business opportunities.This role demands resilience, initiative, curiosity, relationshipbuilding.

KeyResponsibilities

  • Increase sales pipeline: Proactivelygenerate new business opportunities to fuel the sales pipeline bynew outreach to potential clients through various channels likecold calling, emailing, and social media engagement.
  • Lead qualification: Qualifyleads to identify sales opportunities.
  • Product knowledge: Develop a profoundunderstanding of our products and services to effectivelycommunicate value propositions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with salesand marketing teams to develop targeted strategies for the Swedishmarket.
  • CRMmanagement: Regularly update customer relationshipmanagement systems with detailed notes and follow-upactions.
  • Feedback andReporting: Provide insights and feedback to thesales and marketing teams based on interactions with prospects andmarket trends.
  • Training andDevelopment: Continuously seek personal andprofessional development opportunities to stay updated on industrytrends and best practices in sales.

Required Skills andQualifications

  • Work experience: Minimum 3 years ofB2B SaaS experience, ideally in small and medium size businesses,either in sales or talent acquisition capacity.
  • Communication & engagementSkills: Ability to clearly articulate the valueproposition and engage potential clients via multiplechannels.
  • Multichannelproficiency: Adept at using phone, emails, andsocial media when communicating with potentialcustomers.
  • Persistence& resilience: Determination to pursue leadsand overcome rejections while maintaining a positiveattitude.
  • Teamcollaboration: Ability to work effectively with teammembers across different departments.
  • Results-driven: Focus on achieving andexceeding sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Language proficiency:Fluent in Swedish and English, both written and spoken.
  • Industry experience:Experience working in the HR Tech or SaaS industry is aplus.
