Manage the end-to-end sales process, including account planning, pricing strategies, and contract and tender processes. Work closely with FCS and RSM to develop and implement tailored Account Action Plans, covering both commercial and clinical perspectives. Minimum of 3 years' experience within medical devices, with mandatory knowledge of Cardiac Rhythm Management/Electrophysiology products and/or clinical support. Experience supporting procedures in the operating room is highly valued. Proven knowledge of local healthcare markets and customer landscape. Background in Rhythm Management devices and procedures preferred. Skilled in preparing tenders and engaging with purchasing departments and hospital decision-makers. Strong business acumen, with experience in planning and executing sales strategies. Excellent communication skills and fluency in Swedish and English. Solution focus, high motivation, and a team mindset. Willingness to travel within the region and nationally when required. Account strategy and execution. Stakeholder relationship management. Clinical insight and patient pathway understanding. Sales negotiation and business planning.
