Aftersales Coordinator - Summer 2025

The opportunity 

We're currently looking for an Aftersales Coordinator for Summer 2025. Someone to join our Global Car Service & Repair Experience team to handle our Aftersales operation during the summer. Someone with a passion for electric mobility, an interest in technology, and a desire to create the change we know is needed. If you also have an interest in Aftersales and customer service, this would be the perfect match. This position is located at Polestar HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden. 

This is a summer position and will provide the opportunity to gain exposure and learn from experienced colleagues within Automotive Aftersales Business.  

The responsibilities 

In this role, you'll be expected to handle:  

• Goodwill ordering 

• Customer returns 

• Shipments not delivered to customer 

• Business related support questions from markets and engagement centers 

• Retail pricing administration  

• Service partner remuneration administration 

• Performance Software ordering and invoicing 

The ideal candidate 

In order to succeed in this role, and at Polestar in general, there are a few characteristics you'll need to have. First of all, driving problem-solving activities is crucial to meet our high customer service satisfaction targets. Secondly, being curious and collaborating is a must have to succeed in your role. Last but not least, being flexible is valued and always helping colleagues and our stakeholders to deliver on our joint priorities. 

In addition, you'll need the following qualifications:  

• Pursuing a degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field. 

• Strong customer focus and a service-oriented mindset. 

• Good understanding of digital solutions for online sales. 

• Experience in aftersales or logistics operations is beneficial but not required.
