Job Description - Amdocs Helix Administrator - P3 Advanced

Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.

Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.

Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

Be a productive member of the team.

Requirements

Experienced Amdocs Helix Administrator with 5+ years of experience in application/platform administration and proven expertise in Amdocs Helix upgrades, migrations, and platform support.

Responsible for administering and maintaining the Amdocs Helix platform in production, ensuring platform stability, performance, and availability.

Administer, maintain, and support the Amdocs Helix platform in production environments.

Lead and execute platform upgrades, patch installations, and version migrations with minimal service disruption.

Perform system configuration, platform health monitoring, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.

Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) for complex platform and integration issues.

Collaborate with application, infrastructure, and vendor teams to resolve incidents and maintain platform stability.

Develop and maintain upgrade plans, implementation procedures, rollback strategies, and technical documentation.

Follow established incident, problem, and change management processes.

Strong hands-on experience as an Amdocs Helix Administrator.

Proven experience with Helix upgrades, migrations, and patch management.

Good knowledge of Linux/Unix administration, database concepts, and application support.

Strong troubleshooting skills across platform and integration issues.

Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes.

Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with technical teams.

Experience working in telecom environments.

Knowledge of Shell/Python scripting and automation.

Strong communication, coordination, and stakeholder management skills.
