A PhD in in Electrical Engineering or a related field A strong foundation in electromagnetic theory and antenna technology Fluent use of simulation tools such as CST Studio Suit and HFSS Deep understanding of numerical techniques for solving Maxwell's equation (computational electromagnetics) Practical experience from design, manufacturing and validation of antenna array prototypes and/or products A proven track record (scientific publications and patents) in antenna array research The chance to use your skills and imagination to push the boundaries of what´s possible.
