ASIC Project Manager

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a closely related field, providing a strong foundation in relevant technical principles. A minimum of 10 years of proven experience in project management, with a concentrated focus on ASIC development and delivery. Demonstrated success in managing large, complex ASIC projects, showcasing the ability to deliver high-quality results on time and within budget. Understanding ASIC technology, encompassing systemisation, design, verification, validation, and production processes, enables effective project oversight. Exceptional leadership skills, with a solid ability to organise teams and communicate effectively across diverse groups of stakeholders. Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail ensure thorough project execution and management. Prior experience in the mobile network equipment industry is highly desirable, as it provides valuable insights into industry-specific challenges and requirements. PMP or equivalent project management certification is advantageous, reflecting a commitment to industry standards and best practices.
