Role Description

Intertek is seeking a BA Data Coordinator for the Nordic region. This role is essential for updating and developing key data files, supporting the Sales team, and participating in data analysis activities. As a part of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering innovative and bespoke Assurance and Certification solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update and develop forecast and utilization files.
• Manage reporting, data collection and administration for both internal and external stakeholders.
• Responsible for possessing expert knowledge as a Super User in our management system. This includes being able to advise auditors on how to effectively use the system.
• Participate in data analysis activities and projects within finance and operations.
• Responsible for providing relevant information and materials to facilitate analysis and decision-making
• Support Sales
• Support within the handling NPS calls, registration, and statistics

A completed post-secondary education to provide a solid foundation for the responsibilities involved. Proficiency in both written and verbal English and Swedish is essential for effective communication within the Nordic region.

Your approach should be results-oriented, with a keen focus on understanding business objectives and delivering exceptional service to customers. Practical experience in management system auditing is necessary, along with strong presentation and communication skills.

Additionally, proficiency in online-driven support will enable you to navigate and support various data-related activities effectively.
