Your Mission:

As a Bank Relationship Manager, you will be the driving force behind nurturing and expanding our relationships with banks across Europe. You will ensure these partnerships are robust and mutually beneficial, focusing on compliance and overall satisfaction. Reporting to the Head of Core Relations in Stockholm, Sweden, you will be instrumental in cementing Zimpler's footprint in the European market.

• Compliance Champion: Collaborate with the team coordinator to ensure ongoing KYC compliance, ensuring all banking relationships adhere to the highest standards.
• Strategic Insight: Map out the needs and wants of each bank relationship and proactively address these, ensuring seamless and effective collaboration.
• Risk Management: Conduct in-depth risk assessments of current banking partners, identifying and mitigating potential issues.
• Technical Coordination: Resolve any technical issues that arise, ensuring smooth operations and strong bank satisfaction.
• Market Expansion Enhance Zimpler's market presence with existing bank partners, driving increased engagement and collaboration.
• Industry Leadership Represent Zimpler in webinars and forums, positioning our brand as a leader in the fintech industry.
• Continuous Research Stay ahead of market and legal developments, ensuring Zimpler remains at the forefront of the industry.
• Relationship Building: Cultivate strong, lasting relationships through regular interactions, meetings, and social engagements.
• Internal Alignment: Coordinate with internal stakeholders to align strategies and objectives, ensuring cohesive efforts across the organization.
