Baseband L1 Software Developer

Collaborate with engineers to design/systemize, develop, and maintain software components essential to product functionality. Participate in code reviews, testing, and quality assurance activities. Troubleshoot and resolve software issues to ensure seamless operation. Stay current with industry trends and best practices, applying new knowledge to improve product innovation. Work within a dynamic, agile development environment to meet timelines and goals. Passion and interest in design, continuous learning, and technical excellence. Proficiency in C/C++ and a solid and proven expertise in embedded software design. Domain knowledge in wireless communications, especially in signal processing, 4G/5G NR Physical Layer functions (highly desirable). Strong collaboration skills - thrive in international, multi-site teams; open communicator with a proactive, can-do attitude. Comfortable in fast-paced, agile environments; committed to delivering high-quality software on time. A drive for innovation - proactive mindset for continuous improvement in development practices. Master's degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering, Computer Science, Wireless Communications, or a related field.
