Looking for a place to lead with purpose and make a lasting impact?

We’re seeking a passionate, proactive, and people-centered Assistant Director to help lead our team at Kïdo Memorial with positivity, strong communication, and a solutions-first mindset.

What You’ll Do:

• Support and coach teachers through training and mentorship
• Foster a safe, welcoming, and organized learning environment
• Build meaningful relationships with families, staff, and children
• Oversee curriculum implementation and licensing compliance
• Drive enrollment through community engagement and marketing
• Solve problems proactively and help drive school growth

Required Skills/ Experience:

• Bilingual in Spanish and English (ability to read, write, and speak)
• CDA or Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood or related field
• 4+ years experience in licensed early childhood settings
• Working knowledge of Texas Minimum Standards
• At least 1 year of school leadership experience preferred
