Business Analyst

• Help design, build and continuously improve the clients online platform.
  


• Research, suggest and implement new technology solutions following best practices/standards.
  


• Take responsibility for the resiliency and availability of different products.

Requirements

• Act as an expert user of the platform.
  


• Provide first-line support for end-user questions.
  


• Train new end-users on the platform.
  


• Execute complex business analyses and respond to business inquiries on the platform.
  


• Configure business components, including queries, dashboards, reports, alerts, and user communities.
  


• Perform business analysis for new changes and enhancements.
  


• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
  


• Analyze and triage issues reported by end-users.
  


• Product Manager, Business Analyst, or Business Application Owner profile.
  


• Familiarity with financial transaction data and payment operations, with the ability to interpret transaction flows, message types, and business events in context.
  


• Comfortable working with configuration-driven tools in a self-service environment without requiring development skills.
  


• Analytical mindset with the ability to build meaningful dashboards, interpret trends, and identify anomalies in transaction data.
  


• Good understanding of payment infrastructure and the systems connected to the Vyntra platform (e.g., SWIFT gateway, payment engines, and middleware) to contextualize issues and support investigations.
  


• Basic familiarity with financial message standards such as SWIFT MT or ISO 20022 is a strong advantage.
  


• Strong communication skills with the ability to bridge business users, internal technical teams, and the Vyntra Support Desk.
  


• Organized and proactive, with the ability to manage multiple open issues and coordinate follow-up independently.
  


• Good understanding of the Vyntra platform.
