Job Description - Business Analyst

We are currently looking for a Business Analyst in Gothenburg

On behalf of the client, we are looking for a very skilled Business Analyst, with a proven record of holding successful Stakeholder Workshops to identify opportunities and breaking down Business Ideas to a technology backlog, Deep dive investigations to understand complex tech landscapes and ability to navigate in a matrix organization.

The person will be part of a stable team and IT in close collaboration with other teams and with needs in the area of Data product and Analytics creations. The business Analyst need to be well aware of best practice models and techniques to facilitate requirement identifications and breakdown in the area of data and Analytics. Design Thinking and Innovation techniques are needed as well.

Qualifications

- High understanding of the area of Analytics and a preferred history of more in-depth understanding of Data and the ecosystems around building Data Products are welcomed.

- The Business Analyst need to be a skilled workshop leader and work independently and together with the given Stakeholder communities and partners to breakdown business value into a tangible backlog of POC and Items ready for industrialization.
