Our Pumps portfolio is at the forefront of dewatering and fluid transfer solutions, supporting construction, mining, industrial, and rental segments with submersible and surface pumps. We are now looking for a commercially driven Business Development Manager to accelerate growth and strengthen our market position across the Nordic region.


 


Your mission


Your mission is to identify, develop, and realize new business opportunities across the Pumps portfolio by delivering superior customer value through application-driven solutions.


You will play a key role in expanding our footprint by driving market development, strategic partnerships, and value-based sales initiatives, ensuring we fully capitalize on the growth potential in dewatering and fluid handling applications.


Working closely with Sales, Service, and the wider Customer Center organization, you will translate market insights into actionable growth plans and support execution across the region.


 


Key responsibilities



  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within submersible and surface pump applications

  • Drive market development initiatives across key segments such as construction, rental, and industrial

  • Support and enable the sales organization in complex solution selling and application-based opportunities

  • Build strong relationships with key customers, partners, and stakeholders

  • Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor landscape to define growth actions

  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Service, and Product Management

  • Contribute to business planning and strategic initiatives for the Pumps portfolio


 


The role requires frequent travel across the Nordic region.

We are looking for a proactive and commercially driven professional with a passion for business development and customer value creation.


 


You:



  • Have experience in B2B sales, business development, or application engineering

  • Bring knowledge of pumps, dewatering, or related applications (preferred)

  • Are strong in identifying opportunities and turning them into tangible business outcomes

  • Combine strategic thinking with a hands-on approach

  • Are a strong communicator and relationship builder

  • Are self-driven, structured, and customer-focused

Requirements


  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field

  • Strong interest in sales, applications, and business development

  • Fluency in Swedish and English is required; additional Nordic languages are an advantage

Your location

The position is based in Sickla/Nacka (Stockholm), with regular travel across the Nordic region.
