Role Overview:
As a Strategy & Portfolio Leader, you will drive strategic initiatives, manage the innovation portfolio, and ensure seamless strategy execution across the organization. You will lead cross-team collaboration and guide the implementation of strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee prioritization, follow-up, and risk balance to support strategy deployment.


• Facilitate cross-team efforts and create synergies.


• Work with business planning teams to ensure effective strategy implementation.


• Maintain alignment with up-to-date Commitment Plans.


• Inspire and guide the strategic direction across the organization.


• Collaborate on strategies to enhance efficiency and impact.

Key Qualifications:

• Expertise in designing and implementing strategies.


• Solid experience in portfolio management.


• Broad knowledge of business development and innovation.


• Proven experience in managing large-scale projects.


• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.


• Demonstrated leadership and operational experience.


• Experience in the meeting place or retail industry preferred.


• Familiarity with digital tools supporting business initiatives.
