Business-Oriented Consultant Manager

Profile requirements:

• Develop requirement profiles for advertising, candidate search and selection
• Select candidates for interviews and introduction to customers
• Select and implement a CRM solution for the consultancy
• Establish and maintain business relations with candidates
• Strengthen existing customer relations and establish new ones
• Develop business strategies in order to help the company grow
• Expand professional networks
• Follow up on candidate job satisfaction and career development
• Ensure that candidates thrive in their workplace environments
• Develop your management skills
• Go the extra mile to bridge the gap between technical candidates and customers who are less familiar with technical terminology

Required competencies:

• A good understanding of different technical competencies within the IT business
• A relevant academic background within HR, behavioral science or service management
• Be good at prioritizing between tasks and finalizing them in a structured way
• A high level of professionalism, humility and patience
• Experience with administrative HR tasks, customer relations and recruitment processes
• Experience with sales is a bonus

We need a Consultant Manager who:

• Is independent, proactive, goal-oriented and flexible
• Has a high level of personal and professional maturity
• Makes professional decisions based on a business-oriented point of view
• Communicates well in both Swedish and English.

Personal characteristics will be of great importance since the Consultant Manager will be part of a team that cooperates closely with different external stakeholders and customers.
