Campaign Manager

We're expanding our Promote team and looking for a driven person with a passion for advertising, ad operations, and content creation. If you thrive in a dynamic environment and love crafting impactful campaigns, we’d love to have you on board! 🚀

As a Campaign Manager, you will be accountable for orders and ads to be published within our guidelines. You’ll manage the entire process - from creating and optimizing ads to analyzing performance and ensuring our customers get the best possible advertisement and targeting strategies to drive great results.

You’ll be an expert in advertising on platforms like LinkedIn, Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, and Google, understanding and utilizing the different advertisement tools. Additionally, your role will include a strong creative component, helping customers craft compelling recruitment campaigns with engaging content that attracts top talent through their job ads, campaign pages, and career sites.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

• Creating and managing recruitment ads


• Ensuring high quality in ad content, targeting, and audience selection


• Analyzing and optimizing ad performance to maximize results


• Ad strategies and A/B testing


• Monitoring and managing ad engagement


• Assisting customers in creating and building compelling and high-performing recruitment content/ad creatives (text, videos, images)


• Advising customers on best practices for content in recruitment campaigns


• Support customers with creative strategies for their employer branding


• Providing customer support via email, chat, and meetings


• Supporting and collaborating with colleagues


• Creating support articles and guides for customers and internal use


• Identifying new opportunities and initiatives to improve and develop Promote

We believe that you...

• Background in the advertisement and/or recruitment industry 💻


• Have at least 1-3 years of Digital Media/Ad ops experience 🤙


• Understand the importance and have experience of excellent copywriting and appealing visual elements✌️


• Strong knowledge of "reach and attract" 🎉


• Solution-oriented, have work structure, and good with time management 🔧


• Analytical, tech-savvy, and data-driven 👩‍💻👨🏽‍💻


• Creative and think outside the box 📦


• Speak and write English fluently 🇬🇧


•
