Capability Manager

- Understanding of product lifecycle stages (NPI, phase-in/phase-out, EOL) and their supply chain impact. - Experience in product transitions and inventory/service level management. - Ability to collaborate with R&D, commercial, and product teams to align supply chain needs with product strategies. - Knowledge of project/program management principles (planning, risk management, lessons learned). - Strong understanding of supply planning, inventory management, and replenishment strategies across product lifecycles. - Experience in S&OP and S&OE for seamless supply-demand coordination. - Knowledge of supply risk management, obsolescence reduction, and supply flexibility strategies. - Expertise in forecast planning and demand-supply balancing, especially during product transitions. - Ability to define and track KPIs related to product lifecycle performance. - Strong analytical skills to assess product introduction, phase-out, and transition scenarios. - Experience in data-driven decision-making and process improvements within an IBP-driven environment.
