Job Profile:

The company is searching for a CEO with operational and strategic responsibility for the entire company. In this position, business and leadership skills are major priorities. The company is looking for an accomplished businessperson who is a team player with strong leadership skills that is able to build, manage and motivate. You will also be overall resposible for driving growth and brand awareness together with the management team.The mission is to take the company and the brand to the next level and secure a strong development in terms of image/profile as well as profitability by developing and implementing effective business strategies

Tasks and responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective business strategies and growth.

• Control budgets and optimize expenses, ensure qualitative reports to theHQ.
• P&L responsibility, ensure qualitative reports to HQ.
• Lead the management team and ensure employees are motivated and
  productive.
• Plan, coordinate and manage all business operations.
• Identify business opportunities with new and existing customers.
• Set targets, follow up and take action.
• Build and implement processes.

Profile and experience:

• An academic business degree with experience in marketing orsales.
  Experience from leading business development in the fashion
  industry.
• 5+ years experience as CEO.

• Previous experience in an international setting.
  
  
• Previous experience as CEO for a family owned business.
• Proven track record of successful expansion to new markets.
• Experience from working in a design- and brand-driven company.
• Fluent in English and Swedish, both spoken and written.
