• Keep your station razor-sharp: mise, cleanliness, waste control

• Lead with calm—clear communication on the pass, lift the team every night

Who you are

• Quality-driven, cool under pressure, always guest-focused

• Experienced in professional kitchens (Italian a plus; curiosity a must)

• A team player with drive, pace, and pride in the details
