About the role:

As a Cloud engineer in the Network team, you will play a crucial role in contributing to, optimizing and managing our enterprise security layers for applications at SEB. You will work alongside a team of skilled professionals to ensure seamless development, management, troubleshooting, and integration. Your technical expertise and problem-solving skills will be essential in maintaining the security, stability and performance of our systems.

Key responsibilities:

• Collaborate with a team of 20 to maintain and develop SEB's Global Network including work with Control Mechanisms for security, stability, scalability and, automations
• Balance the needs of our existing environment with our transition to the Cloud
• Provide Infrastructure as Code possibilities for SEB’s application teams
• Continuously identify opportunities for innovation
• Troubleshoot issues and develop effective solutions
• Continuously strive for process improvements, standardization, and automation for speed and precision

To thrive in this role, we believe you have:

• A habit to ideate, prototype and verify several solutions to determine a great solution
• Security awareness
• Experience with Infrastructure and Cloud technologies
• Proficiency in Python, Checkpoint firewalls, Cisco routing/switching, Terraform, Ansible,
• Experience and/or familiarity in networking concept and technologies within GCP, AWS and Azure and Multi Cloud Connectivity design and operations
• IaC skills
• Familiarity with DevOps practices
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving experience
• Communication skills in Swedish and English
