ABOUT US:

Parently is revolutionizing the child product market with innovative rental solutions that emphasize sustainability. As we continue to expand our customer base and validate our business model, we seek a dynamic Co-founder and Chief Marketing Manager to champion our brand and mission.

THE ROLE:

In this pivotal position, you will:

• Lead digital marketing initiatives to align with our mission and expand our market presence.
• Create compelling content and manage our digital footprint to enhance engagement across all platforms.
• Develop and enhance the Parently brand, establishing us as a leader in sustainable child products.
• Serve as the primary spokesperson and public face of Parently, leveraging a personal passion for sustainability and parenting.

WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

• Native Swedish Speaker (mandatory): Must be fluent in Swedish with a deep understanding of local culture to authentically engage our customer base.
• Resident of Sweden: Must be based in Sweden, available for in-person meetings and events, particularly around Stockholm.
• Experienced Marketer / Salesperson: Background in digital marketing and content creation, skilled in driving brand growth and engagement.
• Entrepreneurial Spirit: Eager to co-lead a business, motivated by the challenges and rewards of entrepreneurship.
• Inspirational Leader: Able to inspire and connect with diverse audiences, particularly parents and families.
• Social Media Influence: Ideally, you have a strong following on platforms like Instagram or TikTok and are seeking a new project to elevate.

ADDITIONAL CONSIDERATIONS:

• Equity Compensation: No salary for the first 9-12 months; primary compensation through significant equity share.
• Long-term Commitment: Suited for those aspiring to run their own business alongside motivated co-founders.
