Commercial Project Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a Commercial Project Manager to join our projects within the energy sector. This is an exciting opportunity for someone ambitious who thrives on responsibility and collaboration. In this role, you will work closely with the Project Manager to drive projects toward substantial success, ensuring both profitability and client satisfaction.

You will take ownership of the contractual and financial aspects of the project, safeguarding company interests while maintaining strong relationships with clients and partners. Acting with integrity and professionalism, you will play a key role in securing overall project performance.

What You’ll Do

- Act as the commercial point of contact towards customers, partners, and other external and internal stakeholders such as banks, insurance companies, tax, finance and legal departments.

- Manage project risks and opportunities, including claim management, in close collaboration with the technical project manager.

- Ensure compliance with commercial contract requirements, including terms and conditions, cash management, financial warranties, taxes, insurances etc

- Oversee budgeting, follow-ups and financial reporting to ensure transparency and accountability.

What You Bring

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration or equivalent professional experience.

- Previous experience as a Commercial Project Manager in the industry or infrastructure sector, or background in project financing, procurement, legal, or trade finance.

- A proactive and ambitious personality with strong team collaboration skills. Ability to handle high workloads, prioritize effectively, and deliver with accuracy and quality under pressure.

- Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of SAP is considered a plus

- Strong communication skills in English; other languages are meritorious.
