Commercial Quality Manager

Join us at Karo Healthcare on our exciting journey. We're currently looking for a Commercial Quality Manager for our office in Stockholm.

Roles and responsibilities

• Management of 3PLs, distributors and customers in compliance with GDP and GMP as outlined in 2003/94/EC, 2013/C 343/01, ISO13485 and other requirements as applicable
• Management of customer complaints, FDM alerts, reporting of shortages
• Management of SOPs, instructions and templates in Karo’s electronic QMS
• Issue, approve and close deviations, CAPAs, change controls, risk assessments etc.
• Participate in organising and giving internal trainings
• Participate in authority and customer audits
• Contribute independently and in teams improve quality processes within QA and with collaborative functions

Requirements

• University or college degree in a scientific/technical area
• A master’s degree in pharmacy, medicine, or chemistry / chemical engineering
• Minimum 5 years’ experience from Quality Assurance in the pharmaceutical industry
• GDP experience is a strong asset
• Pragmatic and solution oriented attitude
