ABOUT THE ROLE
As a commercial specialist you will support a portfolio of suppliers within the Player Verification area such as AML, KYC and regulatory reporting in Core Experience across all markets. You will focus on day-to-day supplier relationship handling, operational excellence, and performance management to ensure our suppliers deliver high quality, regulatory compliance, and cost efficiency. This role blends operational, commercial, and analytical responsibilities, supporting the Manager, Supplier Management and contributing to a supplier landscape that enables sustainable growth and operational reliability
YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR:
Act as the primary point of contact for a defined supplier portfolio, building strong professional relationships
Monitor and analyse supplier performance, prepare insights for reviews and reporting
Ensure suppliers follow internal processes and requirements, while supporting continuous improvement initiatives to drive efficient and reliable operations.
Support or lead commercial discussions and negotiations, including contract renewals and pricing reviews
Ensure suppliers meet internal operational requirements while identifying risks and supporting mitigation efforts across relevant teams.
Work closely with Product, Engineering, Finance, Legal, and other internal stakeholders to support supplier-related initiatives and operational improvements.
Independently manage tasks and priorities, demonstrating initiative, problem-solving and attention to detail while taking ownership of delivering agreed outcomes.
OUR SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
ESSENTIAL SKILLS
Proven experience in supplier management, vendor management, or procurement roles.
Excellent communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and create performance reports.
Proficiency in contract management and vendor management tools.
