For Autoliv, the global leader in automotive safety, we are seeking a Communications Manager with focus on content and channels to orchestrate their digital presence and amplify the brand's voice across multiple platforms – internally and externally. In this pivotal role, you will be the driving force behind the content strategy, shaping narratives and sharing across platforms that resonate with audiences worldwide.

The Communications manager role

As Communications Manager Content and Channels, you will be the driving force behind Autoliv's digital presence, shaping narratives that resonate with audiences worldwide. Autoliv is present in 25 countries. You are part of a tight Corporate Communications team, and you report to the Senior Vice President of Corporate Communications.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Spearheading editorial strategy and planning while overseeing content production across various channels.
  • Serving as the main editor for Autoliv's Corporate website, autoliv.com , ensuring optimal Search Engine Optimization (SEO) and Search Engine Marketing (SEM) strategies.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for the social media agency, responsible for planning and executing campaigns across the company'ssocial media channels.
  • Regularly monitoring, moderating, writing, updating, and publishing content for various channels, continuously optimizing for best performance.
  • Analyzing website, social media, and intranet performance metrics, and providing insightful reports in collaboration with respective agencies.
  • Supporting the development and enhancement of our group-wide intranet, LifeNET.
  • Engaging in story mining, writing, editing, creating presentations, and developing other materials to support our communication efforts.
  • Collecting requirements from users and ensuring their successful implementation.
  • Developing and maintaining guidelines and fostering internal networks to streamline communication processes.
  • Supporting and assisting internal editors and colleagues on digital and online-related matters.
  • Actively contributing to and participating in various communications forums, sharing best practices within our global team.
  • Developing and delivering comprehensive communication plans for agreed projects.

With your exceptional structure, content approach, and strategic mindset, you will play a pivotal role in shaping Autoliv's brand narrative and fostering meaningful connections with its global audience.

Your personality and previous experience

You know how to meet the needs of various stakeholders in a matrix-oriented organization and take an audience-centered approach in all communication.

You can balance the strategic with the operational and make the complex simple and engaging. You are an individual passionate about driving results in content management and managing related issues. You have previous experience at a global company and experience doing this in collaboration with others in a complex matrix organization.

You build trust in your solutions through your experience in this area. You are someone who makes things happen.

You likely have around 10 years of experience in similar roles. Your ability to write and speak English is at the highest level, and your Swedish is preferably equally strong.

The role is a permanent position based in central Stockholm; a second choice could be Lindholmen/Gothenburg.
