Job Description - Construction Purchasing Specialist

We are looking for a Construction Purchasing Specialist in SkellefteÃ¥

On behalf of the client, we are looking for a construction purchasing specialist to join the client's team in SkellefteÃ¥

Tasks
- The candidate will be responsible for pre-award activities on large-scale contracts for the project in SkellefteÃ¥ and will be experienced in all aspects of the pre-award process of contracts.

- The position will be responsible to analyse commercial sections of proposals and technical proposal evaluations, and coordinate technical scopes of work including interface with all project disciplines (project controls, project management, construction and engineering).

- Develop final proposal evaluations, prepare and issue request for Proposal packages and contract recommendations, and present recommendation to project team.

- Prepare bid evaluation plans for engineering and construction contracts and associated award recommendations.

Additional benefit to have knowledge of post-contracting phase of contract management.
