Consultant Product Manager / Lead; AI Solutions (Automotive)

Our Automotive client has laid the foundation for our AI journey by building a platform that can be configured and trained for various on- and off-board applications. These applications span multiple domains, including traffic modeling, energy-efficient driving, and tools to enhance our software development efficiency.

As a Product Lead, you will maintain close contact with the team’s stakeholders and continuously update and refine the backlog to meet their expectations. This includes leading the team’s PI planning and demo sessions, managing risks, promoting best practices, and fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement. You will also be responsible for the team roadmap and will work closely with the technology strategist/architect and product strategy manager to ensure that the team’s deliverables are aligned with the latest technological developments and meet our strategic business goals.

In addition, you will coordinate AI initiatives across other teams, fostering cross-team collaboration and ensuring alignment with our overarching framework.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• MSc in Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a similar field.


• Strong familiarity with software engineering and its associated challenges.


• Previous experience as a Product Owner, Scrum Master, or Project Manager.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.


• A people-oriented mindset, with a passion for collaboration and relationship-building.

Desired Skills and Experience

• Familiarity with classical machine learning and deep learning techniques.


• Awareness of current developments in machine learning methodologies.


• Knowledge of automotive software or systems engineering.


• Ability to navigate and effectively execute tasks within a large global organization.
