As a key player in our dynamic finance team, you will oversee actuals, budgets, and forecasts for operating expenses, with a sharp focus on cost control and process improvement. You will enable our marketing and communications teams to make data-driven decisions that align with our ambitious growth plans.

This position is located at our HQ, in Gothenburg.

The  Responsibilities

• Ensure accurate accruals and analysis of actuals.
• Own and manage budget and forecast follow-ups related to costs.
• Develop and optimize cost center structures.
• Oversee the approval process for HQ-related functions.
• Provide deep financial insights into cost performance across all markets.
• Act as a strategic partner, delivering financial guidance to operations.
• Continuously enhance reporting processes and global analytics for functional spending.
• Identify and implement best practices across global markets.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.

The Ideal Candidate

We need a strategic thinker who can seamlessly collaborate across departments, integrating financial insights into key decisions. You should have a keen eye for both the big picture and the finer details, ensuring best-practice processes are implemented effectively. Strong communication skills are essential, as you'll be presenting financial insights in a clear and compelling way.

Ideally, you have experience in business-oriented finance roles, especially in high-growth environments, and are proficient in financial analysis tools and business systems. Your proactive mindset will help uphold financial integrity, making you a trusted partner in early-stage decision-making.
