We’re now looking for a Creative Specialist to join our team for the next chapter of our journey.

Your Mission:
As a Creative Specialist at Sleep Cycle, you’ll be part of our marketing team with a strong focus on performance-driven content. You’ll work closely with our acquisition team to create, test, and optimize content that drives measurable growth.
This is a hands-on, tactical role where high output, rapid iteration, and a solid understanding of paid channels are key. You’ll combine creativity with data - leveraging AI, UGC, and influencer collaborations to continuously improve performance across platforms.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Own and develop high-performing creatives for paid channels (primarily paid social and acquisition)
Adapt messaging, formats, and concepts to maximize conversion—not just brand impact
Create compelling hooks, narratives, and visual concepts tailored for performance
Own the creative testing process - from ideation to execution and iteration
Leverage AI tools to increase output and speed of iteration
- Generate variations of creatives (copy, visuals, concepts) for testing
- Explore and implement new tools and workflows to improve efficiency

Work in a structured, data-driven way with clear testing frameworks
- Produce multiple variations at scale (paid, app, and web)
- Identify winning concepts and scale what works
Lead UGC, influencer, and ambassador collaborations
- Identify, recruit, and build long-term relationships with creators
Own creative assets for App Store Optimization (ASO)
- Develop screenshots, videos, and messaging for App Store & Google Play
- Align store creatives with campaigns, product features, and value propositions
Track and analyze performance across KPIs (CTR, CVR, CAC, ROAS, store CVR)
- Translate insights into new ideas and test hypotheses
Collaborate closely with acquisition, CRM, and product teams
What we are looking for:
Proven experience creating creatives for paid social or performance marketing
Strong understanding of what drives conversion across digital channels
Experience working with multiple paid channels (e.g. Meta, TikTok, Google, etc.)
Hands-on experience with A/B testing and iterative optimization
Experience with UGC and/or influencer marketing
Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and video editing tools
Experience with or interest in ASO as a testing and conversion channel
Experience with or strong interest in using AI tools in creative workflows
Nice to Haves:
Experience from an app-based business and/or subscription model
Experience scaling paid campaigns and creative output
Motion design or video production skills
Experience working with App Store / Google Play experiments
Experience working with A/B test on web
Experience working in a fast-paced growth or scale-up environment
