Your mission will be:

• Coordinate crew assignments for flights, ensuring compliance with regulations, qualifications, customer requests, and company guidelines.
• Monitor crew schedulesto ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Resolve warnings regarding flight and duty time limits.
• Contribute to the development of efficient procedures for Crew Planning.
• Foster effective communication with all crew members.
• Optimize the use of reserve and stand-by crew members for efficient operations.

Must-haves for success:

• Fluent in written and spoken English.
• “Can-do” attitude with an excellent communication skill.
• Master the art of prioritization and coordination across different departments.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  
  
• Previous experience in the Aviation industry is an advantage.
• Must be able to work a flexible, rotating schedule including nights and weekends 24/365.
