Sofigate is growing, and we are looking for an ambitious and commercially driven Customer Executive – Salesforce Sweden to accelerate the growth of our Salesforce business in Sweden. You will take ownership of both developing strategic customer relationships and opening new ones, with a strong focus on creating opportunities and closing new business.

In this role, you will engage with senior business and technology leaders, identify transformation opportunities and bring together Sofigate’s Salesforce, AI and business transformation capabilities to create compelling solutions and measurable business value for our customers.

We expect you to have experience from the Salesforce ecosystem and a strong understanding of complex B2B technology or consulting sales.

• Proven deal maker: You have a strong track record of winning new business and closing complex B2B technology or consulting deals. You enjoy prospecting, opening new doors and turning opportunities into revenue.

• Collaborative seller: You know how to bring the right experts, consultants and partners into the sales process and turn their expertise into a winning customer proposition.

• Business-driven customer engagement: You can engage senior business and technology leaders, understand their strategic priorities and translate them into compelling Salesforce transformation opportunities.

• Versatile background: Your diverse sales experience, combined with a background in growth-oriented companies, makes you adaptable and innovative.

• Executive relationship builder: You have a strong network in the Swedish market and the credibility to engage C-level decision-makers, build new relationships and create business opportunities.

• Senior sales professional: You bring extensive experience in complex B2B technology, consulting or transformation sales and know how to manage the full sales cycle from first contact to signed deal.

• Salesforce market understanding: You have experience selling Salesforce, CRM, cloud platforms or related transformation services and understand how technology, consulting services and partner ecosystems come together in complex customer solutions.

• You speak Swedish and also AI fluently. Agentforce and Data360 are not just techy talk as you can not only explain but also frame their value and some use cases to a customer. Leveraging AI and agents in your own work comes naturally.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and grow a strong Salesforce sales pipeline in Sweden, with a clear focus on new business.

• Identify and open new strategic customer relationships and turn them into concrete sales opportunities.

• Own the sales cycle from prospecting and opportunity qualification to proposal, negotiation and closing.

• Grow selected existing accounts and identify new Salesforce transformation opportunities within them.

• Build trusted relationships with C-level business and technology decision-makers.

• Work closely with Salesforce, Sofigate consultants, solution experts and delivery teams to create winning propositions.

• Lead complex sales processes, including RFI/RFP processes, commercial negotiations and value propositions.

• Contribute market and customer insight to the development of Sofigate's Salesforce offering in Sweden.
