Customer Experience & Office Coordinator

Are you a multi-tasker who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences while keeping the office buzzing with energy? As our Customer Experience & Office Coordinator, you’ll play a pivotal role in creating a happy Sweed Experience for our customers and colleagues.

This role requires someone who is a service enthusiast and spreads joy to everyone they interact with! 

What you will do at a glance

Customer Experience:

- Guide and advise our customers through SoMe platforms, chat and email

- Share the story behind our products and deliver our expertise

- Processing and handling orders, as well as coordinate logistics and delivery trackings when needed

Office Coordinator:

- Manage day-to day office operations, including maintaining supplies, equipment, and facilities

- Always being on top of things and ensuring that our workspace can run smoothly

- Manage various office related projects and tasks

- Assist with onboarding new colleagues, making sure they feel welcome and ready to roll

- Always ready to jump in and support teammates, fostering a dynamic and supportive work culture

What you should possess to excel in this role

- Detail-oriented with great structural skills

- Sense of service, curiosity, optimism and empathy are essential to your success

- Product and beauty knowledge, previous experience working with beauty is a plus

- Happy taking ownership of fast-changing situations and finding ways to solve them

- Your strength lies in communication and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment in both Swedish and English, in written and verbal
