Job Description - Customer Service Representative & Sales Coordinator

At PS of Sweden, we provide riders worldwide with top-tier equipment, chosen daily by leading professional riders. We are now looking for a passionate individual to join us as in the role of Customer Service Representative & Sales Coordinator.

PS of Sweden challenges norms and reimagines product design, driven by our love for equestrian sports and the desire to enhance every rider's experience. Initially focused on becoming the premier brand for anatomical bridles, we now also develop a wide range of anatomical equipment for horses and stylish, comfortable, and durable apparel for riders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Taking ownership and resolving customer inquiries and issues promptly and effectively via phone, email, and chat in both German, English, and optionally in Swedish.
  • Serve as an advocate for outstanding customer experience, ensuring each interaction leaves a positive impression - we believe that a great customer interactions leads to sales - both D2C and B2B
  • Analyze customer feedback and provide valuable insights to our design and development team as well as to our D2C and B2B sales team.
  • Prepare and manage B2B sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Process orders from initial inquiry through delivery and invoicing.
  • Be in charge of the B2B webstore and publish products & collections.
  • Handle B2B customer queries and support their unique needs.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer and B2B experience.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both German and English (written and spoken) is essential. Fluency in Swedish is meritorious but not mandatory.
  • Previous experience in a customer support role and also as a sales support or coordinator role, preferably in an e-commerce environment.
  • Deep knowledge and passion for horses, with the ability to relate to and understand our customers' needs.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
  • Ability to work the specified hours (13:00 - 21:00 CET, Monday to Friday).
