Customer Success Manager – Hybrid – Gothenburg, Sweden
We seek a Customer Success Manager to join our team at Microdeb in Gothenburg, Sweden!
As a Customer Success Manager at Microdeb, you will be responsible for ensuring customers successfully adopt, use, and gain value from our solutions throughout their lifecycle. You will act as a trusted advisor to your customers, building strong relationships, understanding their business objectives, and advocating for their needs internally. This role includes regular on-site visits to customer locations to strengthen relationships, support strategic collaboration, and ensure ongoing customer engagement.
