Are you experienced in ecommerce, analytics, or consulting, and excited by the idea of working closely with top tier brands to help them grow through smarter use of their data? At Dema, we help commerce businesses, from online-first D2C brands to omnichannel retailers, unlock insights in their data and turn them into better commercial outcomes.
We are looking for a new team member to join our Customer Success team, focused on onboarding, supporting, and enabling our customers throughout their journey with Dema. This isn’t a sales or support role, it’s about being a trusted partner, helping customers understand their numbers, spot opportunities, and feel confident using our platform.
You will collaborate closely with the rest of the CS team as well as product and engineering. If you’ve worked in e-commerce, analytics, management consulting, or a commercial team, and enjoy translating data into action, this role is for you.
