Your role in our shared journey
As Customer Success Team Lead located at our Nordic ASICS Head Office in Gothenburg, Sweden,  you’ll lead and drive strategic customer success initiatives across wholesale operations, serving as the primary liaison between ASICS and key wholesale accounts.

This leadership position is responsible for maximizing revenue growth, optimizing Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes, and developing high-performing teams while fostering strategic partnerships that drive long-term business success across the Nordic market.

Your role will be instrumental in weaving the fabric of our movement, bringing unique perspectives and driving innovation with every step. In the role, you’ll be reporting into our Head of Order to Cash North.

We’re looking for a candidate who can proactively drive growth and operational excellence by leading cross-functional customer success and customer service initiatives, developing high-performing teams, and fostering transformational partnerships that position ASICS as the preferred brand partner while delivering sustainable competitive advantage in the Nordic market.

Reporting to the Head of Order to Cash North, as part of the role you’ll:

• Define and implement the local Customer Success vision in the Nordic market fully aligned with the company goals and the Commercial and Operational strategies


• Drive transformation from an operational to a revenue-& contribution margin oriented and customer focused Customer Service culture


• Translate company operational and commercial strategy into customer-specific value propositions


• Lead, coach and develop the Customer Success team unlocking performance, confidence and potential


• Own team hiring, performance management, team engagement initiatives and strategic enablement


• Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Merchandising, Finance and logistic teams to advocate for the customer and increase operational efficiency


• Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures to increase local efficiency strictly in-line with the O2C policies and guidelines


• Investigate the existing ways of working and challenge the Status Quo


• Be part of the local Nordic Management team and build deep, multi-level relationships internally and externally to drive customer impact


• Maintain regular face-to-face meetings with T1/T2 accounts to build and strengthen strategic partnerships 


• Act as the voice of the customer within the ASICS organization, advocating for their needs and feedback.


• Analyse customer data and feedback to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for improvement.

What knowledge and experiences are we looking for?

• University degree in Business administration, Supply Chain Management or similar field


• 4-5 years of relevant work experience in customer success, account management or business development, preferably in the sporting goods industry or similar field  


• Good command of written and spoken English and preferably one (or more) of the Nordic languages (Finnish, Danish, Norwegian or Swedish).


• Proven track record in supply chain optimization or logistics management with a strong understanding of supply chain principles, logistics, and operational efficiency


• Proven track record in people management


• Knowledge of relevant systems and applications


• Strong in strategic and analytical skills


• Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines


• Advanced in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
